For over ten years, my parents dreamed of having a child. And when it finally happened, when I was born, just imagine how happy they were.

And now, you’re looking at my photo and reading these lines because I’m no longer here…I was killed by Russian soldiers while helping to evacuate animals from the Kharkiv Ecopark.

Since childhood, I was like a little paleontology professor - fascinated by everything about dinosaurs. I could talk about them endlessly! I also loved telling stories about my day and sharing new and interesting facts I had learned. I was always open to conversations with my family.

From a young age, I practiced Aikido and loved sports. In school, I most enjoyed the humanities. My teachers remember me as calm, responsible, organized, and a bit shy.

As I grew older, I began to prefer technology over sports. I attended a computer academy and was passionate about all tech things. I wanted to connect my future with computer games, and to make that dream come true, I studied English diligently. I also drew very well, though I had never taken lessons.

When Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, my parents and I stayed home. Whenever possible, we helped evacuate animals from the local ecopark. After all, who would take care of them if not us?

A Russian missile struck directly on the ecopark grounds while I was there with my parents and the park staff.

Now, my family remembers me as a bright ray of sunlight that faded far too soon…
